Dr. Chi-Yun Liu is a postdoctoral fellow at Arizona State University (ASU), specializing in applying data science and artificial intelligence (AI) to civil and engineering management. He earned his Ph.D. from the Department of Civil and Construction Engineering at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) and serves as the general secretary of the Taiwan Construction Management Association (TCMA).

Dr. Liu focuses his research on applying large multimodal models (LMMs) and optimization techniques to high-tech facility management, legal consulting, and smart infrastructure management. He develops and implements advanced computational tools to enhance decision-making, boost operational efficiency, and create innovative solutions for complex challenges in these fields.
